Welcome to the website of Black Rock Musicians Collective (“BRMC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). 1. Organizational Status

Black Rock Musicians Collective is a musician-led nonprofit organization currently in the process of incorporation. Certain organizational structures, governance details, and programs described on this Site may be provisional and subject to formal adoption, amendment, or ratification by the organization’s governing body once incorporation and related filings are complete.

2. Relationship to Black Rock Philharmonic

Black Rock Philharmonic is a project of the Black Rock Musicians Collective. References to Black Rock Philharmonic on this Site describe artistic and community activities organized or supported by BRMC and do not constitute a separate legal entity unless explicitly stated.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination

  • Posting or transmitting false, misleading, or defamatory information

  • Attempting to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site

All participants in BRMC-supported projects are expected to uphold standards of professionalism, mutual respect, collaboration, and safety. The organization reserves the right to establish codes of conduct and to remove participants whose behavior is inconsistent with these values.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Black Rock Musicians Collective
